The KFF's prized explosives specialist with a bad posture. Has the shakes because of nearly being beaten to death by a gang back in his hometown, Mustel City (the constant explosions around him don't help much either). Being both an old friend of Rinaldi's and a weasel, Frankie is usually seen hanging around with him, stuttering his words and twitching.
